Iam having the same problem, mentioned here #334545 https://kriesi.at/support/topic/ful-screen-video-slider-not-playing/
gets freeze with the play youtube button, you can check it here http://knightsbridgepartners.com/ ( is the home page and is live, so dont test over this one please)

Also when i use the self hosted option the video does not play at all, like loading for ever. http://knightsbridgepartners.com/?page_id=4863 (you can test over this one)
also the video by itself plays well http://knightsbridgepartners.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/lapseyt.mp4

The theme is outdated, version 3.0.4. Please update to 3.1.5. That should fix the issue.

Yes, with the youtube embed is working right now. Due to client prefferences, i must use self hosted option. And is not working. Not playing at all, you can check it here

Just checked, and get in with the same credentials. Ending carachters are “creo” and “two”

Still getting a 403 error when trying to load the login page, are you using any ip-blocking plugins or anything like that?

Hi!

I don’t think that will help much because we can’t even access the login page, /wp-login.php or /wp-admin, that is where we are getting the 403 error. Could you check the permissions settings on your server? If you want to generate a new user you can use your own email and send us the new login details in a private reply.

Maybe it’s from your hosting service, could you check with them if they are blocking any country ip’s?

Hey!

This is what we are getting on our ends: http://imgur.com/xv14nKM. Checked on both asian and european IPs. There has to be some server setting which is not letting us see the page in question.
