    Hi

    I have a lot of YouTube videos used in colour sections – I always have for the last few years.

    Now they don’t play or load in Safari Private Browser window and only sometimes in Chrome Incognito. But Safari they never load in New Private window.

    It says click to play video.which obviously the user cannot as its in a colour section.

    Am I missing something? Has something changed?

    PS: I have not used support for a long time and am amazed with the amount of Enfold Users now! How on earth do you guys keep up!
    There are new support requests every few minutes!, It used to be the odd support question every few days.. Page links in private content to view videos not loading incognito

    Thanks for contacting us!

    I checked your website on both mobile and desktop Safari. On desktop, it plays video and on mobile, it displays fallback image as expected. Attached screenshots in private content field below.
