    Hi,

    I made the homepage like a video background on my site.

    Homepage

    Suddenly, the video shrunk tiny and moved up to the slide section. I just happened a couple of days ago.

    I already tried clear cache and updated WordPress, Enfold theme, and plugins, but still have the same issue. Could you take a look and help me to fix it, please?

    It loads fine on my end when checking in Chrome, could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end and in which browser please?

    Thank you for writing back to me.

    Attached is a screenshot I capture.

    The black background is supposed to be a looping video and the video is now shrunk down and put up to the black box. It happens in Chrome and Safari.

    Please help us to fix this issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, though I can’t reproduce the error in either of those browsers. Please see screenshot in private. Did you try to load the page in an incognito window using Chrome?

    Thank you for your response.

    I just tried the Chrome Incognito and Safari Private Window and see they both don’t work. Still have the same issue like the screenshot I showed you earlier.

    How may I fix? Please help us.

    Hi omnivoroussoon,

    Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    #top .mejs-container {
    max-height: 100% !important;
}
