    Hello, for quite some time now we’ve been having difficulties using the youtube element within the page builder. The videos display as black and it screws up the footer of the websites that we try to use it on. The only way we’ve been able to get videos to work is to use the text editor and use the iframe embed code from youtube itself. Though this has happened on multiple sites, we are currently re-developing one of our older sites on a new Enfold installation and the problem has cropped up again. We have disabled all plugins and tested, but the problem persists. I was wondering if you could take a look and see if you have any suggestions as to why it might no longer be working.

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    We have modified the video URL in the video element (see the details in private content).
    Use the format specified for other videos that has issues.
