February 24, 2016 at 3:07 pm #588414Hey!
try to activate a default WordPress theme to check if your video is working fine there or not. Let us know about your results.
Cheers!

Alexia.February 29, 2016 at 9:31 am #590615Hi!
It means that the issue lies in the video, not the theme. Please make sure that the mp4 compression or coding format is H.264. You can transcode the video with this free software. https://handbrake.fr/
Or upload the video on third party hosts such as youtube or vimeo.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 1, 2016 at 7:33 am #591376Hi Ismael,
I used the free software you sent me to transcode the video, but still not working. My client does not want Youtube or Vimeo. Another suggestion?
Thank you so much for your help!!Cheers,
Alexia.
March 4, 2016 at 11:53 am #593220Hi!
Did you set the compression to H.264? I would like to check the page but you posted a lot of different urls above. Which site has this issue? I found a video on the following site and the video is added on a text block. Note that there is a dedicated video element in the advance layout builder, please use that instead. http://prosourcenow.com/

IsmaelMarch 6, 2016 at 6:16 am #593847Hello Ismael,
I got it. I put the video inside the video element, in a page for a test, called http://prosourcenow.com/testing-video/ and now it is visible in iPad, but does not play automatically as on the home page ( In home page http://prosourcenow.com/ is inside a text block and does not work in iPad, but is a reference for you to know what I´m talking about if you check it from your computer) and when finish, disappear . How can I fix this issue?
Also, will be possible to delete the bar bellow the video and only play automatically and stop without disappearing? You are awesome helpers!! Thank you so much,
Alexia.
March 9, 2016 at 12:20 pm #595508Hey!
autoplay is not possible for mobile devices due to restrictions from the vendors of those devices.

AndyMarch 9, 2016 at 10:42 pm #595870Hello,
Yes, I understand that, but autoplay for computers it is possible. So, How can I get the autoplay for the computers?
Thank you.Cheers,
Alexia.March 10, 2016 at 4:21 pm #596339Hi!
If I open your website my computer crashes. About which slider are you talking about? usually you can find something like “Autorotation active?” when editing your slider.

AndyMarch 11, 2016 at 12:05 am #596617Hello,
I’m talking about a video in this specific page http://prosourcenow.com that is inserted in a text box and plays by themselves in computers and visible in iphones but is NOT visible at all in IPADS.
So, Ismael told me to insert my video inside the video element, and then I created a testing page to do so, called: http://prosourcenow.com/testing-video/
And this is a testing page that I created with a video inserted inside the video element in the advance layout builder. I can´t put this video in a Slider because is NOT visible in ipads and iphones.
So, in the video element is not a way to activate the autorotation. I know is not possible to activate the video in iphones and iPads, but at least I need to activate the autorotation in Computers because inserting the video inside the video element, even in the computers I have to activate manually. I don´t know if I need some css code or other customization.
Thank you.Regards,
Alexia.
March 25, 2016 at 6:41 pm #603689Hey!
I can access your site, as my computer crashes when opening it. Very weird. Autoplay videos are not possible on mobile devices due to restrictions by the vendors of those devices.
There is no autorotation function in a video element. For such a function you would need to hire a freelance developer for this job. For any autorotation function you would need to use Fullscreen-Slider element.
