there are 4 slides on my homepage, number 4 is a video.
On mobile there are 4 dots, indicating that there are 4 slides but after slide number 3 there is nothing….not even an empty area. it is as if there is no slider at all.
(Yes, i checked the responsive settings)
    URL in privtae field
    kind regards
    chris

PS: This is the code for the smallest screensize:

    Hi,

If it is empty, that means you did not set fallback image for mobile. Please edit your video slide and set a fallback image.
Alternatively, you can add another slider element to your page with 3 slides and choose to display it only on mobile in Advanced > Responsive tab and hide the one with 4 slides on mobile.

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hello
that means: The whole slide wont show if there is no fallbackimage?
    OK.
Which dimensions should the fallback image have?

    Hi Chris,

Please try adding an image which is just over 780 pixels wide, that should be enough for mobile screens.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
