    Hi there,

    I created a page under this domain: http://test.netboom.de/projekt-20/home/
    and when I finished I moved here: https://www.difrix.de/

    I’m about the video on the site. It is displayed on the construction page and can be played on the page. On the other hand, only a black area is displayed and it can only be played on Youtube. All settings are the same, I haven’t changed anything.

    How do I get the video to play on the site? All settings are the same on both websites.

    Hey Martin,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The privacy option is enabled in the live site, which is why the video opens in a different tab. The privacy option disallows external scripts or services from working immediately without user consent. But you can change this behavior by selecting the first or second option in the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Cooking Handling > Default Cookie Behavior settings.

    oh no, I didn’t think of anything like that. I wanted to use the advice from Borlabs anyway and if I deactivate the cookie message, it works. Thanks very much!
