    the video file is in the media folder. I am trying to play it on the home page.
    all i see it the URL every time i use your add video widget.
    please help!

    We have released Enfold 4.0.2. Can you please update the theme to the latest version and check if that helps – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/? You are currently using an older version 3.8.

    Please try to convert to .mp4 and load it to the media library. Also, please start a separate thread for this issue that way we can keep everything organized and specific to you.
