I am experiencing an issue with the Enfold theme as it relates to video playing.
Specifically, I have a LayerSlider Banner at the top of my homepage, which incorporates several slides, including a Video layer at the beginning.
On the same home page, I have an Image Media Element with a video link.
When the Image Media Element video link is activated, the video plays as it should UNTIL the LayerSlider banner loops back and plays the video banner. At that point, the Image Media Element video link stops playing. Is there any way for these two video elements to play simultaneously OR do I need to deactivate the Video Layer Slider for the other video element to play unabated? Thank you for your patience, as I understand your issue I don’t believe there is a way to disable the layerslider when the video element is playing. I would recommend disabling the loop at the end of your first round of layerslider slides so it doesn’t come back around to the auto playing video again.
But on the other hand, since the layerslider video is playing without sound, I don’t believe that your users even know it is playing behind the video element?Best regards,
