    Hi!

    I have this issue that my background video on my color section are giving this error back: “media error format(is) not supported or sources) not found” on Safari.
    It works fine on Chrome.

    What to do to fix it?

    Right now i have added some CSS to fix the black screen but i would like it to show the video.

    Hey mvi,

    I can’t see any difference when comparing Chrome (94.0.4606.54) and Safari (14.1.2) on my end, could you let us know how to reproduce the results you are seeing on your end please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. It looks like a static image until the video starts loading, the loading was a bit slow on Chrome, but faster on Safari.
