    Hi guys,

    Great theme but am having issues with the latest feature, video background.

    1. It seems to be loading in the video 3 times, bit weird, not sure if this is a bug?
    2. The video background is messing with my SERP in Google.

    This only happened when the video background was added, nothing else was changed. I still have the same SEO plugin installed as I did a few weeks ago when it was working. I told Google to re-crawl the site which it did last week and still, the video background code is messing with the description.

    Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how can I fix this as my rank positions have slipped due to this happening.

    Hi!

    Thank you for using Enfold and sorry for the delay.

    1.) The first and second time, the video fails to load then the third time was successful. If you check the Page Analysis tab, there are 2 connection errors. I think this is because of the video file size. 6MB for a website is a bit too big. My suggestion is to convert the video to h.264 in order to compress the size then upload it in vimeo. Use the vimeo url as video background.

    2.) Did you use any SEO plugins? Try to use the WordPress SEO plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/
