On this page – http://www.aspensolutions.co.uk/our-story/ – I have set it so the hide video background on mobiles is ticked. However the video still shows on mobile devices.

I checked on the Moto E 2nd gen and it’s hidden. Are you viewing on an actual mobile device?

Hey!

I’ve tested the legal page on a nexus 4 and lg g5. The background video is not playing on either of them for me.

Please try clearing the cache on your phone, then testing it on your blackberry and another mobile device if possible.
