    hey,
    i have .mkv video file and i wanna make it as video background but it’s not supported so i converted it .mp4
    but it still not working
    any help

    Then the problem is not coming from the theme or WordPress but from the video itself, maybe something related to its encoding.

    I’m not sure, did you upload it in HD quality? If not, then you cannot play it in HD either.

    Hey,

    I’ve investigated a little bit on this issue and found out that is not possible to force HD playback with the current YouTube API, some time ago you could simply append &hd=1 to the video URL but that’s not supported anymore unfortunately.

    It’s also worth mentioning that Vimeo allow this for its Plus/PRO users (see “HD Embedding”):

    You could use Vimeo (Plus / Pro) or self-host your videos in HD, so that’s the only version which gets played.

    You just need to put the other versions in the same location and with the same name, like:

    harakastudio.com/test/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/900pxl_6.webm
harakastudio.com/test/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/900pxl_6.mp4
harakastudio.com/test/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/900pxl_6.ogv

    Because they share the same filename and Enfold recognize it.
