    Hello,
    Perhaps I make a mistake with the settings but if I include more than one video in the slider I want to use the autorotation function it doesn’t work. All the videos are played completely and then the next video starts although I set it to 5 seconds and autorotation is active. What can I do?

    Are you using the LayerSlider? Go ahead and send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Hi,
    Yes I use LayerSlider and the video is working except the fact it plays completely and don`t change after x-seconds as set in the settings.
    As I don’t want do send my login here in public: can I send you a personal email?

    Hey!

    It looks like your using the fullscreen slider and not the LayerSlider. It appears to be working fine though. The slide will transition when the video is done playing.

    Hey!
    Thank you so much for your great support. I managed to change the file size for uploads.
    The problem is, that the direct hosted video isn’t playing. It works when I type in the adress into the web browser but not within the enfold settings. http://makosell.apps-1and1.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/V2.mp4

    Hi!

    I downloaded your video and tried it on my XAMPP setup but it’s not working there either. I get this message.

    Media resource http://localhost/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/V2.mp4 could not be decoded.

    Does the video work when you upload it to vimeo or youtube?

    Hello,
    Yes – video is playing vimeo https://vimeo.com/114276662 and it’s also playing if you type the URL into any web browser http://makosell.apps-1and1.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/V2.mp4 But if I use this URL in the slider settings the video isn’t playing.
    That is exactly the point I don’t understand. Is it possible there is a bug within the enfold slider?
