I am using the latest version of the theme. works great, but i have noticed some very weird css issues, that cause texts to highlight/get bolder and even cause elements to shift! its usually when i am ON the elements with the mouse, or when i move in and out the content area.
i’m viewing the site on chrome/mac.
please look carefully, sometimes (for example in beginning) the change is subtle.
to illustrate my issue, check this video:
http://www.screenr.com/hSvHps. please copy paste link, it seems clicking here causes an image error thing.

November 7, 2013 at 10:45 pm #185843Hi!
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is 2.4.2.
For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
If it does not help, please refer to Kriesi’s fix here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-easyslider-two-questions/#post-180216Cheers!
YigitNovember 13, 2013 at 10:38 am #187684using the latest version. the fixes in the other post did not help. i still see irratic behaviour in chrome/mac and safari/mac as well.
best example is the CONTACT page.
chrome -> text highlights and objects shift positions when moving the mouse in-out of the content area
safari -> objects do not shift, but texts are still going bold-normal. also the icons are getting bold-normal.
also, it seems to be worse depending on the responsive state. ie. when viewing wide it only makethe text go weird. if I make the window smaller, the blocks are starting to shift as well.
something is really screwed here.
please help me with this.

November 13, 2013 at 10:49 am #187694I can reproduce it on your demo site:
http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/homepage/home-v2-3-col-images-contact/if you move between areas, while the slider is sliding, the weird stuff happens. check my video:
http://www.screenr.com/MJJHweirdly, this stuff also happens on pages where there’s no slider at all.
November 15, 2013 at 2:53 pm #189177Hey!
I see what you mean but as far as I know its a rendering bug with the webkit perspective and certain builds of browser and OS. So if the fix provided by Kriesi doesn’t do it for you I’m not sure what else we could suggest.
Regards,
DevinNovember 19, 2013 at 12:08 am #190353how do you come that conclusion? it seems as if its a minor issue, only visible to a small amount of users.
but….
a) its not only happening on chrome, but also on safari
b) this is the first and only site i have seen with these issues, other sites/templates with similar layouts do not have these issuesdon’t get me wrong here, i love the options and flexibility, but this really kills the overall premium feel and it is simply not usable professionally. all in all, i really expect this not to be present in a premium theme like this.
so, please investigate this and come with a fix asap. thanks!

November 20, 2013 at 9:59 am #190865Hey!
I think I found a solution with the chrome dev console – try to add following code into the quick css field
.content:hover, .sidebar:hover{ z-index: 1; }
Best regards,
PeterNovember 21, 2013 at 11:35 am #191401this seems to work, thanks!
November 21, 2013 at 1:58 pm #191428Hi!
Great, I’ll send the patch to Kriesi and ask him to include it in the next theme update.
