Hi,
I launched a new site 2 weeks ago and it is so very slow.
I used autoptimize, ewww image optimizer, wp- super cache and wp-optimizeWhen I check it using google’s page speed insights, it mentiones:
– Your page has 1 blocking script resources and 3 blocking CSS resources. : but I do not know where to change that
– Setting an expiry date or a maximum age in the HTTP headers for static resources instructs the browser to load previously downloaded resources from local disk rather than over the network. : I do not know where to change that
– it sais the logo is not optimizedNovember 19, 2017 at 1:04 pm #878767Hey Sara,
Please read through this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/seo-google-page-insights-blocking-rendering-ressources-above-the-fold/
If you should need help speeding up your installation then I can recommend contacting a service like SteadyWP.
Best regards,

I cannot find any reviews for that plugin, nor any references.
Has anyone any experience using this plugin?Sara

Thanks for the reference, it’s a keeper.I understand your argumentation and your examples. But in this case, the site also feels slow. That ‘s why I used the google page speed to check things out.

i can promise you improvment as i saw in my siteNovember 21, 2017 at 9:44 am #879578Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, though I would recommend that you use a tool like Pingdom instead of Google Page Speed, you will see exactly what is being loaded and for how long if you analyse your site here: tools.pingdom.com/fpt/.
Best regards,
Rikard -
