Thanks for the login details. Are we allowed to activate Enfold for testing purposes?

Also, did you try increasing the amount of memory allocated to PHP on your installation? 256mb should be enough: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Hey!

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade PHP version to minimum 5.6. Enfold is compatible up to PHP 7.1. That should solve the issue, if it does not, please let us know :)
