    I have tried to update this site multiple times and had to restore from a backup each time. I also uploaded the “old” header.php that you recommended with PHP versions lower than 7. No good.

    Below is FTP and Admin User info.

    All Plugins are up to date. All Plugins were Deactivated prior to attempting the Enfold update.

    Client called in a panic because site went down. Theme missing as well as child theme. I am restoring from yesterday’s backup. Let me double check FTP

    Copied the FTP directly from cPanel. See below.

    However, not sure why the site disappeared earlier? (Enfold and the Child Enfold)

    I am going to have to ask that the update be attempted after 6pm Eastern Time.

    I simply installed the theme via FTP and renamed old version to “old-enfold”.
