    Hello,

    When I’ve installed Version 3.7, and can display well with IE8 browser.
    But after update to Version 3.8, can can’t work well with IE8 browser, “Animated Countdown” & “Fullwidth Easy Slider” are both not work.
    and show me avia.js error problem.

    Please can it be fix? Many IE8 user here. I hope it and need it to work well in IE 8 browser.

    Hey Zeng,

    A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test. If you still have any issues please get back to us with a precise link where we can see the issue and inspect the element in question to help you better.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I’ve stooped all plugin but it still can’t work in IE8.

    Please can you check it well in Ie8 browser ?

    Hi!

    I checked the site on IE8, Windows 7 and all elements are working including the countdown and the slider. This is the screenshot:

    Please note that the theme partially supports the browser and we intend to drop it in the near future because the browser’s user share is too low.

    I had changed to version 3.7.1 so it can work in IE8,

    The version 3.8 can not work. and so disappointment with that 3.8 version.

    now I have update to V 3.8 again. Please recheck it.

    Hey!

    Thank you for the update.

    I can see the issue now. Please edit js > avia.js, look for this code around line 1723:

    new_menu.attr({id:'av-burger-menu-ul', class:''}).appendTo(inner_overlay);

    .. replace it with:

    new_menu.attr({id:'av-burger-menu-ul', 'class':''}).appendTo(inner_overlay);

    Let us know if it changes anything.
