Fonts and colors specified in Enfold Styling not loading. How do I go back to former version? ASAP!
March 11, 2014 at 2:32 am #235103Hey wintner!
Try going to the themes styling options and then re-saving the options to regenerate the stylesheet. If you have made changes in a child themes style.css add all of that css to the Quick CSS field in the styling tab of the theme options as well.
Cheers!
DevinMarch 11, 2014 at 2:34 am #235107Devin, I don’t want my child styles in Quick CSS field! I need it in my child stylesheet!
And I already tried resetting the options!
Please help!

March 11, 2014 at 2:48 am #235118If we can see your site live we can take a look at why they aren’t loading/taking priority.
The Quick CSS field saves them into a stylesheet as well but if you want to get things fixed right now its the best way to do so.

March 11, 2014 at 3:07 am #235133Its a fairly simple change that you can make yourself. The Quick CSS field is the exact same thing as adding css to a .css file and allows you to wait for us to update the main parent theme.
If you want to make the change now you can do so in the functions.php. I wrote it out for another user here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/after-update-to-2-6-some-css-styles-child-theme-style-css-are-not-being-applied/#post-235122 .
I’ll need another 20 or so minutes to test it on my live dev server and then push it to Kriesi so it can get added to 2.6.1.
March 11, 2014 at 3:10 am #235135The problem I’m seeing has to do with styling in Enfold options not applying, these styles were set there. Not in child theme!
March 11, 2014 at 4:12 am #235157Can you point out what isn’t working specifically in that case?
March 11, 2014 at 4:23 am #235162Selected in Enfold Theme Options:
/Stylling
Terminal Dosis
Open SansHeader Text Color/ Text Color
What did you change in the Theme that would override the Theme Options? Why would you?
March 11, 2014 at 6:04 am #235213When will we see 2.6.1?
March 11, 2014 at 6:08 am #235216What specifically with those options is not working? I see the Terminal Dosis font working and in place as well as non default font color in the body and header.
March 11, 2014 at 7:40 am #235267I don’t know where you are looking. I am looking in 2 versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari. After emptying their caches.
The fonts, colors, and other stylings in the child theme—in addition to the theme options, are not applied.
This was due to launch! Can I just get the .zip of version 2.5 so I can FTP it?
March 11, 2014 at 7:44 am #235268You are describing two different things in turn. Please try and clarify what exactly, in as much detail as possible what the issue is.
If you are having issues with the child themes style.css file specifically and the styles being applied then you can use the fix i posted here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/after-update-to-2-6-some-css-styles-child-theme-style-css-are-not-being-applied/#post-235122
If you are having an issue where the color or font options you select in the themes Styling tab are not taking effect can you please point out which ones specifically are not working and where on the site I can see them and what the correct styling should be according to the choices you have made in the styling tab.
March 11, 2014 at 7:46 am #235269Devin, reading many posts today in this forum, it is quite clear that this issue is happening to many users, due to an update that is causing these issues. Please fix in an immediate update to 2.6.1 (as you mentioned above) or send me to where I can acquire the .zip of 2.5.

March 11, 2014 at 7:50 am #235273Devin, I should not have to go through this! I purchased a theme with high ratings for dependability and support!
BOTH THE THEME OPTIONS STYLES AND THE CHILD THEME STYLES ARE NOT BEING APPLIED.
As to your fix, WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WRITE PHP TO FIX A BROKEN THEME UPDATE.

March 11, 2014 at 10:18 am #235330Hi!
We’ll release an update asap but it can take some time because of the Envato review process. If you don’t want to modify the file on your own download the updated code here: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=UFNW4X18 and use the wordpress editor (Appearance > Editor) to replace the entire code in functions.php with the updated code from http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=UFNW4X18
It’s the quickest solution we can provide. If you don’t want to modify the file please wait for the Envato update notification.
Cheers!
PeterMarch 12, 2014 at 4:22 am #236066Thank you for v 2.6.1! Haven’t checked all devices yet but I’m hopeful because desktop version is mostly back to what it’s meant to be! Some thing’s are not. Got some extra work to do here.
I may never update the theme again. Too much work.
