    Dear Kriesi team,

    My client Peter and I working with a team in India who are rebuilding his website. We purchased the Enfold theme which we’ve used for a while and like very much! However, the Kriesi website download page won’t allow them to download the theme. In addition to the User and PW it seems to requires an additional verification because they are overseas. How can we set that up?

    Hey GOLDSMITHPE,
    I believe you are referring to the Theme Forest download page, because Theme Forest is serving the file. Perhaps they are checking or filtering IP addresses.
