Please give me CSS code and HTML of vdo background because background of vdo can not automatic play. Finally, if it cannot play, you must give me new theme without payment because it does not support in mobile part. You have to resolve this problem emergency. I have checked your website and video loads and automatically plays on my end. I attached a screenshot in private content field.
Videos in sliders are disabled in mobile due to compatibility issues. As a workaround, you can add Video element to your page and choose to display it only on mobile under Screen options tab of Video element.If you have any other questions or issues, please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread under Enfold sub forum.

We use IPHONE X and Android phone to open the website, but video does not play automatically. Our webmaster already set a background video that will only show on mobile. I think it is not ok If our customers want to see our website on mobile phone, they cannot see the background vdo playing. Could you open it on your mobile phone and check that it play or not?.
