Hello,
Im using the lastest version of enfold on wordpress 4.42
The problem affects variable product page.
While having “Choose an option” selected and pressing “add to cart” button the error notification “Please choose product options…” is not being shown.Anyways I’ve seen on Enfold demo shop that while “Choose an option” is selected the “add to cart” button is not visible and in my shop it’s visible all the time. (I haven’t used css to make it visible constantly).
The notification still doesn’t work when I switch off all external plugins.
Can you please advise?
Thank you

VinayMay 10, 2016 at 10:09 am #629777Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
I have to admit that only changes which I had done in the past were related to recent wordpress/enfold pagination issues, but after the theme update, the files should have been updated.
Thank you
May 11, 2016 at 12:21 pm #630629Hi,
you are still using an old version of the theme and even an old version of WordPress. Update both and let us know if you still need help afterwards.

May 12, 2016 at 2:04 pm #631376Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
If that does not help: are we allowed to switch off all your plugins by ourselves?

AndyMay 13, 2016 at 10:59 am #631980Hi Andy,
I’ve uploaded the theme over FTP, however I didn’t install the dummy data (I don’t know if it was necessary).
You can do whatever you need to, I’ve got a backup copyThank you,
May 16, 2016 at 3:46 pm #633031Hi,
did you delete all theme files before uploading them again via FTP? this is important, if there are some corrupted theme files.
