Hi
Have a strange issue
Am running WP 5.1 and Enfold 4.5 but this issue has been with me a while.
When I add anything with a long number – a phone number, tel: link or codes used by hubspot for forms, something is deleting the numbers from the page and making those parts disappear!
Please help – it’s so annoying!
Paul ThompsonDecember 14, 2018 at 2:40 pm #1045287December 14, 2018 at 2:57 pm #1045296I don’t know!! When I add numbers to the site using the Avia builder they will be there for a while but then they disappear!!
I have very few plugins to try and speed the site up but the problem is spurious – it just happens during the editing processDecember 14, 2018 at 3:14 pm #1045301Log in details below

Thanks for that, though we will need some kind of example to try out. What should we add and where?
Best regards,
RikardDecember 20, 2018 at 5:33 pm #1047821Hi Rikard
The phone number should be 0808 164 2364
That should appear towards the bottom of the page – at the moment it’s there but if you edit the home page and save, this and the hubspot form will most likely be lost
It’s a spurious problem so not easy to recreate!
ThanksDecember 26, 2018 at 11:11 pm #1049114Hi,
Can u show us an example of how you show it from Hubspot? Not sure if it is a different string that is been removed after?
Best regards,
BasilisJanuary 2, 2019 at 1:52 pm #1049258The problem isn’t in Hubspot – it’s in WordPress – I’ll add some code below to try and explain;
In the example – the formid contains a string of numbers, at some point during the editing process that will disappear rendering the script useless
The same happens to my telephone number in a “tel:08081642364” link or when it’s written in plain text.
It’s not instant, it happens during the editing process.January 3, 2019 at 2:30 pm #1049603Hi,
I have taken a look at your hubspot script, and found it was in a text element which is not best, so I moved it into a “code block” element. This could be why you were having issues, please let us know if this helps. I also looked at the phone number but didn’t see any clues to it’s issue, perhaps the script was also causing this issue too.
We will look again if it keeps happening.Best regards,
MikeJanuary 3, 2019 at 2:43 pm #1049608Thanks
I’ve tried this in the code block and text! Am not sure what works best… it’s just an annoying spurious thing I need to sort out!!
I’ll re-post if anything happensJanuary 4, 2019 at 1:17 am #1049748 -
