    Hello
    I have an issue with the value added tax with is properly set up and everything that can be considered I did correctly.

    First I had the prices including vat and all the settings according to it. Then I changed the price to net prices (just for two items in order to test if the VAT yould appear) and again set all settings according to it. But nothing changed and the VAT doesn’t show up – whether in the cart nor at the checkout.

    What can I do or what could I have overseen?

    Hi Verena,

    Thanks for that. Where exactly is the VAT information missing from? Is it on the single product pages? I checked the product in private, and I can see inkl. USt. in several locations. Is that correct or not?

    Hi Rikard,

    the problem is that everything is correct in the backend but when you buy something and you go to check out there is no VAT shown on the summary nor the bill which is sent afterwards per email. For showing the VAT you have to check “Aufschlüsseln” (Break down) and it is checked. This is actually the only box that needs to be checked and it is checked. So I don’t know what I can do more than that to make the VAT appear in the bills.

    I think it’s not normal to have bills without the VAT being displayed separately. In Austria we are used to it and therefore I need to display it.
