Hi, I have noticed after updating to version 4.5.1 that the ability to make the Enfold element toolbar stick to the top is no longer available. Is this true? I used this function A LOT especially with very long pages.
Do you know if there is a plan to bring it back?
Thanks,
SladeDecember 12, 2018 at 10:00 am #1044229Hey Slade,
I’m not sure what you mean by toolbar? Could you post a link to where we can see the actual problem?
Best regards,

See attached screenshot. It shows what I am talking about.

SladeDecember 12, 2018 at 11:47 am #1044267I have the same problem on several installations… When you scroll down, it goes blanc and it is difficult to drag elements downwards on the page.

December 13, 2018 at 6:01 am #1044699Hi,
Thanks for the clarification, please try to install this plugin to see if that helps: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
Best regards,
RikardDecember 13, 2018 at 7:17 am #1044740I have installed this plugin on a few sites and it does work. But rather than installing yet another plugin (classic editor) on every site into the future…are there any plans with Enfold for fixing this issue so we aren’t dependant on adding plugin?
December 16, 2018 at 6:27 pm #1046009Hi Sladestyle,
Installing the classic editor plugin is what WordPress suggests to disable gutenberg at the moment which causes a lot of issues on a lot of sites, themes and page builders.
There is a plan though from our developers to create an option in the backend to enable/disable gutenberg, this way it can be disabled through the theme option instead of installing another plugin or some custom php code.Best regards,

RikardMarch 7, 2019 at 11:06 pm #1076126Hi Guys!
I’m having the same problem, but I’m afraid to revert to the Classic editor to solve it.
I remember in previous versions of Enfold that toggling between the rich and classic editors would cause me to lose content or mess up formatting in upredictable ways.
Has this problem gone away in the current version?
Thanks!
DMarch 12, 2019 at 5:34 am #1077635Hi D,
This shouldn’t cause any issues, and this solution is coming from WordPress itself when they have added the Gutenberg editor when they released WordPress 5.0
When you update to WP 5.x it automatically uses gutenberg which causes issues on a lot of themes, you can search or google for this, by installing and activating Classic Editor plugin, it will use the original wordpress editor and disable gutenberg.
If you’re using Enfold 4.5.2 and up, you don’t need to install the plugin, you’ll have that option in Enfold > Theme Options > Select Your Editor > Use WP Classic Editor. If you’re using versions lower than that then you need to install the plugin.Best regards,
