    Hello,

I’m having an issue where adding products to our shopping cart doesn’t display correctly in the cart popup.

I have sent this issue to the plugin developer and they suggest contacting you for how Enfold theme only supports the default WooCommerce’ Add to Cart buttons.

    Please see attached screenshots.

    Thank you,
    Abby

    Hey Abby,

I can only see the correct result on my end, how can we reproduce the problem in the incorrect screenshot?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

Sorry, I wasn’t clearer. If you click on the products in the scroller and add to cart, it displays as it should.

If you add the products below the slider to cart initially, (before adding the products in the scroller), you’ll see it add only “Product” to cart.

Once you add a product from the scroller to cart, the products below the scroller will work as they should.

Let me know if you need more information.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the clarification.

Did you disable the wholesale plugin? We do not see any wholesale products in the front page, or any products with the wholesale price as shown in the screenshot. Please activate the plugin temporarily or post the login details in the private field so that we could check the issue further.

For additional assistance, please try to keep in touch with the plugin developers.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

My apologies. The account I sent you was not a Wholesale Customer. I have created an account for you.

However, the issue happens even when you’re not logged in as a Wholesale Customer.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

It seems to be working properly on our end. Multiple items that have been added to the cart are displaying properly in the mini cart. Please check the screenshot below.

Did you perform the steps exactly as I did? On the Order Form Page, place an item from *below* the slider in the cart. The popup preview only says “Product” when added to cart – not the name of the product. See my incorrect.jpg screenshot above.

I just tried this and it’s still an issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

We can now see the issue and it is probably not working as it should because the plugin modifies the markup of the product items, removing the class name or container woocommerce-loop-product__title which is where the cart script gets the product title.

This is the new markup from the plugin.

    <td class="product_title_col">
                                <span class="mobile-label">Product</span>
                                <a class="product_link" href="https://site.com/product/amazin-raisin-sunflower-seeds-trail-mix-snack-variety-2-3-ounce-bulk-bags-125pk-case/"><img src="https://amazingfruitproducts.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/amazin-raisin-sunflower-seeds-orange-and-strawberry-80x80.png" class="wwof_product_listing_item_thumbnail" alt="Amazin' Raisin + Sunflower Seeds Trail Mix Snack Variety 2.3-ounce Bulk Bags 70pk Case" srcset="VALUE" sizes="(max-width: 48px) 100vw, 48px" width="48" height="48"></a> <a class="product_link" href="https://site.com/product/amazin-raisin-sunflower-seeds-trail-mix-snack-variety-2-3-ounce-bulk-bags-125pk-case/">Amazin' Raisin + Sunflower Seeds Trail Mix Snack Variety 2.3-ounce Bulk Bags 70pk Case</a></td>

You might have to ask the plugin author to apply the default class attribute for the title to the title markup above.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Ok, great! I’ll pass this on to the plugin developers and we’ll go from there.

    Thank you so much!

I haven’t heard back from the plugin developers yet. If I close the ticket, can I reply and re-open it if needed, or will I have to start a new ticket?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

We will keep it open for further help.

You can close this ticket. The developers weren’t able to get your code working, but they figured out a workaround.

    Thank you!!
