Hi, I checked it would be ok to use an Enfold theme for a new client that I originally bought for another client (who since cancelled their website with us). I checked with you and was told it would be ok to use for someone else. However, when I try to ftp the Enfold folder I get this error message:
“/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/ – error occurred – Unable to create server folder /public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/. Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem. Make sure you have proper authorization on the server and the server is properly configured.
    wp-content:themes:enfold:index.php – user cancelled”

    …………

Does ‘user cancelled’ mean you need to give me permission to use this for another domain?

    Thanks
    Gerry
