Using Schema markup across multiple text box.

Hello Team Enfold.

I am implenting schema.org markup. My site has a lot of local business pages and each of them should have decent schema.org markup.
The current layout (private content) has the information that would be included in multiple text boxes and columns. It doesn’t seem to work to add schema tags to the text. it just disappears again. I would like to keep the layout as it is now. I can’t find any clear tutorials on this on the internet. Can you point me in the right direction?
