Hi Guys!
Using Enfold v2.0.1. I am using images for main menu items (using the menu manager by putting the html for the images into the label for each menu item). When viewing the site on a mobile device (iPad and Android tablet) in landscape mode, the full menu (as opposed to the mobile menu) is displayed (desired! : ), but the menu / images don’t resize correctly – resulting in the menu overlapping the logo as well as adding a second line to accommodate all of the entries. Viewing the site in portrait mode, the mobile menu is used, so no problem there.

Any ideas how can I fix?
THANKS a ton!!

First of all, you’re using an old version of the theme. Please do an upgrade, it might fix the issue. Watch this video how: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
Cheers!
IsmaelDecember 8, 2013 at 8:40 am #197660Hi Ismael.
I upgraded the theme and the menu issue still exists.
Also now a new issue with the logo after upgrade; this was working before upgrade – I made logo larger and made to overlap the header and onto the slider by using the following;
.logo img {
height: 143px;
width: 343px;
}
body .logo{
height:200% !important;
}You can see the the logo initially loads at the correct size but just as the page finishes loading, the logo shrinks.
Please, any answers for both the menu overlap on mobile devices and the new logo shrinking issue is very much appreciated, as the client finally wants to go live with the site this weekend!
THANK YOU!

I’m not seeing any issues with the logo or menu items at this point so I’m guessing you may have fixed them.
Best regards,

DevinDecember 10, 2013 at 6:22 am #198438Hi Devin! – thanks for the reply.
… not quite fixed – if you hit the site homepage (www.pat-bach.com/breitercapital) on a 10″ tablet or iPad in portrait orientation (you will see the mobile menu, as desired), then turn the device to landscape orientation, you will see the overlap issue still exists. If you then refresh the page in landscape orientation, or go to another page, the issue then resolves.
Any thoughts on a fix is very much appreciated!

December 11, 2013 at 4:08 pm #199032Hmm, I’m not getting it on any device setting on my end.
The mobile menu shouldn’t have any possible overlap on the width of screen since its off to the right so far.
December 12, 2013 at 3:33 pm #199499Hi Devin!
To clarify, the issue is when after first loading the site in portrait (mobile menu is displayed – no problem). Then turn 10″ tablet / iPad to landscape and the theme switches to regular menu – this is when the over lapping occurs.
Does that help?
Appreciate your for continued assistance!

December 14, 2013 at 3:49 am #200133Adjusting the switch width to something a bit higher so that its set to be the mobile menu earlier would be the most straightforward fix in that case. The changes that are needed are covered here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/top-menu-with-the-social-icons-bigger/?replies=5#post-132320
