Hi all..
The client wants a page with several anchor links linked to menu items.. I give ID to color sections and set the links in menù as: http://mysite/mypage/#SECTION-ID
but it does not works.. It is really important.. Any idea to solve..?
Thank You very much
Solved for the moment using lowercase letters: section-id works SECTION-ID not..
any other ideas..?
Thanks
Hi,
Yes the anchor needs to be lowercase. If you inspect the site I’m sure the id custom id is showing as lowercase as well.

Thanks Jordan, anchors works if in lowercase.. Can close..

I just found this thread when trying to figure out why my anchors were not working. It would be super helpful if in the back end for Color Section > Edit Section > Advanced > Developer Settings > Custom ID Attribute, that information was included. All it says now about limits is “Be sure to have a unique value on the page and also make sure to only use allowed characters (latin characters, underscores, dashes and numbers, no special characters can be used).” Nothing about all lowercase.
Hi missouriartscouncil,
Id’s and classes can never be upper-case. Please have a look here:
