Hi Team,
Is it possible to use an image URL in the gallery shortcode instead of using the gallery id? I need to create 200+ posts so I’ve created a shortcode template to use with All Import. However the shortcode uses a gallery id per image, not the actual image URL. Is there any way around this?
Cheers!

Here is a plugin WP Gallery Custom Links, not sure it does what you need though. You might need some custom functionality for what you’re trying to do.
Here you can find a developer who can do that for you.
Let us know if you have any more questions.

VictoriaMarch 15, 2017 at 12:02 pm #761339Hi thanks for your response!
I’ve found a way around it using html however I’ve encountered another problem. I’m trying to recreate a page using just the theme shortcodes, not the avia builder. I’ve created a post which I want to use as a template, got the shortcodes (by adding DEBUG etc in the theme function file) and pasted them into a new post. When I do this the post is not full width and looks clunky.
Hope you can help.
Cheers!

Thanks for that. You have pasted the shortcode in the default editor, could you try pasting it in the layout builder instead?

Unfortunately I want to use the shortcodes in conjunction with the WP All Import plugin which does not use the layout builder in their template builder. Is there anyway around this?
Cheers!
