    I’m using the the WordPress Theme Enfold. Up to now everything is working well except the emails. When users try to contact me via my website’s contact form, that is provided by the theme Enfold, the messages are landing in my spam folder. How can I solve this issue?

    Hey calvinomiguel,

    Could you configure your email client to not send them to the spam folder? If you are using Gmail you have that option for instance.

    Hi Rikard,

    Does the enfold theme has a configurator? Because I’m not using anything.

    Hi,

    I’m talking about the client you are using the receive the email, like Gmail, Outlook etc. The only thing the theme does is to send the email, it’s not we who decide if it should end up in the spam folder or not.
