    I purchased your theme about 2-3 months ago and can not access my acount. I am unable to find the correct user name(email address) I used to sign up and now I am unable to access the support I used. If I give you my credit card info used to pay you and create my account, can you provide me with my user name? I should be able to figure out my password because I only have two variations I use. I have built my ewhole site and am ready to go live but am having an issue with something I will need to contact support about. I appreciate your time. Thank you!

    We don’t have access to your purchase information unfortunately, only Envato does. Any other information we could search for would help though. Your purchase code from Themeforest for instance? Or maybe the email you think that you registered with?
