(User of Enfold) Advice needed: Slow website (Scored: 39 out of 100)

Hi, I am using Enfold theme for this website “mytoothbuddy.com” and the pagespeed insights return these issues with the score 39/100:
1) “Render-blocking resources”
2) “Unused CSS”

I’ve read your blog and optimise the “performance” tab as well as downloading the following plugins in attemp to improve the website speed with:
1) “Smush”
2) “WP Super Cache”

But the result is no different.

Please advice.
