    Support,
    I just bought a license for my client and I am developing the site on my domain. My problem is the user name and API key keep disappearing after a little while. I never had this problem before and I did dozens of these setup in the past.

    I wouldn’t mind so much if I could at least import one of the themes my client liked but I keep getting the did not import error. I tried clearing out transients and did several fresh installs.

    I wonder if its connected.

    Thanks. That sort of worked. I was able to get the layout just missing the images.
    Should I just grab them from the demo site?
