    Dear Kriesi Team,

    I tried to create an account on your website to contact your support due to a question about the enfold theme and an error message in wordpress..

    After entering my e-mail address and the item purchase code, I unfortunately did not receive an e-mail with a login password.

    Please check if my registration was successful.

    Could you please try to register once again using your purchase code here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/? If that does not work, please post your purchase code privately so we can register your account manually :)
