We inherited a site built with Enfold, and as we run into layout issues I am not sure where to make the adjustment. For example, at different break points we need to adjust text size, image size, image margins, etc. Just making up an example, but an image we are floating left at 1500px needs to be full width at 900.
I do see the option to hide a section, but that is it.
Here is another example – do I send this to the “Enfold wordpress guy” to fix, or to the dev team?

I’ll provide you access below. I think I have two questions wrapped up in there:
1) What is the best way to handle adjusting text size, margins, image size, etc at different break points. Is this something that can be handled via enfold or plugin, or do we need to manually specify these in css?
2) WRT the example I gave above, and the linked image – I have been cleaning it up – it is currently being adjusted in both Enfold / Avia template builder and .css. It feels like the template builder isn’t a good fit for us – everytime we use it, it feels we have to add a bunch of .css anyway – so client gets the impression they can make adjustments, but they really can’t do much
