Hello,
I have checked my website with whynopadlock.com, and I have got the following message:
You currently have TLSv1 enabled. This version of TLS is being phased out. This warning won’t break your padlock, however if you run an eCommerce site, PCI requirements state that TLSv1 must be disabled by June 30, 2018.
I suppose this is something out of the Theme. How can I disable this TLSv1 ?
Thanks,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

VictoriaJuly 7, 2020 at 3:51 pm #1228619Hello Victoria,
done, see below :-)
When you go with the mouse over the menu, you will see the red underlining which is not consistent.
July 7, 2020 at 7:17 pm #1228669Hi AndreasWinkler,
Thank you.
Could you please enable the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode. Here is how to do it:
https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-modeWe need to find that image that is causing the issue.
Best regards,
VictoriaJuly 11, 2020 at 4:14 pm #1229632Hello Victoria,
I tried to activate the Debug Mode, but I failed. I found the functions.php code of the Enfold theme, and according to the description in the above link, the code shall be integrated after the “if (isset ($ avia_config [‘use_child_theme_functions_only’])) return”.
We do not have a child theme, therefore I tried to find this code, and insert the code after this code.
But I did not find this code. So I am not sure where to integrate the code.
By the way: There is another security problem due to an image which is on the Kriesi website. The message ist: “an insecure url of “http://test.kriesi.at/church/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2015/05/wheat-background-845×321.jpg” was loaded on line: 278 of https://wordpress.uppahar.de/”
I do not find this image on my website, so I cannot remove it.
Could you please remove this image?
And then we have the problem with the TLSv1 usage.

Here is an article for you:
https://www.globalsign.com/en/blog/disable-tls-10-and-all-ssl-versionsCan you please have Appearance > Theme editor enabled? It can be hidden by your security plugin.

VictoriaJuly 12, 2020 at 8:25 pm #1229789I went through the whole menu, but I did not find “Appearance Theme Editor”. Where is it?
July 14, 2020 at 7:34 am #1230186Hi,
Appearance (Design auf Deutsch) is located in the main WordPress menu, but the editor in there is disabled on your installation. If you can’t enable it then please send us FTP login details in private instead.

RikardJuly 14, 2020 at 8:47 am #1230217You mean to change the WP Classic Editor into Block editor? This is under ENFOLD – THEME OPTIONS. Under DESIGN I have only Themes, Customizer, Widgets and Menu, no possibility to enable a Theme editor.
July 14, 2020 at 7:52 pm #1230408Hi AndreasWinkler,
No, it’s a different menu.
Please have a look at this link:

VictoriaJuly 15, 2020 at 8:04 am #1230528Hello Victoria,
thanks, I have now activated the theme editor. What to do now?
July 15, 2020 at 8:13 am #1230529I found now also the functions-enfold.php file and tried to fill in the code for enabling the debug field for the Advanced Layout Builder. But I failed, as I could not find the code where I have to insert the new code. In the description above it is written:
If you are not using a child theme you need to add the above function after this line in the theme functions.php:
if(isset($avia_config[‘use_child_theme_functions_only’])) return;
I did not find this code.

VictoriaJuly 15, 2020 at 9:48 pm #1230749Hello Victoria,
fantastic- so the picture is removed and also the problem with the TLSv1 is solved?
Thanks, and best regards,
AndreasJuly 17, 2020 at 11:28 am #1231189Hi AndreasWinkler,
I removed the picture and sent you the link on how to send the other issue. That is not the issue with the theme so we can only provide some guidance on that. You need to solve it yourself or hire a freelancer to help you with that.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaJuly 17, 2020 at 11:33 am #1231190OK, I see. Do you have a recommendation for me? Is it something the hoster has to do? Or is it from a plugin?
