    Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? Please also point out the page where you have your video element :)

    Please check and verify. Also make sure that your video is added in the correct format, like this example:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0k3kHtyoqc

    youtu.be links are not supported.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    According to the following thread, you can add the vq=hd1080 parameter in the Youtube URL to specify the default quality of the video. However, when we checked the documentation, we didn’t find it in the list of parameters, so we are not really sure if it’s still valid.
