URL with Fragment identifier not working as expected - Support

For example the following link:
https://drm.ch/es/productos/#mixing
is not opening as expected on mobile devices but it opens as expected on a computer.
Can you help me?

Please see the pictures of what i see wen the link mentioned is open on a mobile phone (1.jpg) and what i was expecting to be (2.jpg).

On a computer all works as expected.

We are facing this issue on iPhone and on android.
The links with fragment identifiers are not going to the right page position within mobile devices, on pcs works fine.

Hi,

Thanks for the update.

We are able to reproduce the issue. What is the current version of the theme? We can’t see it because the debug info has been disabled and the css files are minified. Please make sure that the site is running on version 4.5.5.

Thanks for the support, You actually gave us the hint to solve the issue when you mention the minification. So we disable Cloudflare minification and rocket loader. After this it start working as expected.
