    Hi,

    I have created the products on my website as portfolio items. I have created a main category and a subcategory and from there you can click to the actual product.

    The path/URL looks fine when going to the category. Like this: http://www.3loptest.dk/shopfitting/signage-solutions/
    But then if you click on a product the URL changes to this: http://www.3loptest.dk/portfolio-item/display-frame/
    It removes the product categories (shopfitting and signage-solutions) and inserts ‘portfolio-item’

    I want it to continue on the first URL. So optimal it should look like this: http://www.3loptest.dk/shopfitting/signage-solutions/display-frame

    Can I make it be like that? – and remove the “portoflio-item…” from the URL

    Hey t3lgroup!

    Under settings > permalinks / close to the bottom part (Portfolio Entry Settings), you are able to set the slug ( /portfolio-item/ ) which will allow you to set Portfolio Items Base / Portfolio Categories Base.

    Hope this solution help you to solve your current situation.
