I think that I could not tell you what I wanted to do. What I wanted to do is that linking directly the following URL from the one of my site’s menu.

You can do that, just go to Appearance–>Menus, select the menu where you want the link to be located and add a link to it from the left hand menu.

Thank you for your advice. I found it on the menu. And I have one more question. I’d like to add the link page as a new another page which is used as “target=”_blank”” in html. Could you tell me how to do that?
And Could you tell me how to add, remove, change the menu caption as the following file?

Click Screen Options in the top right hand corner of the menu window and check the Link Target box, then you will get the option to open the link in a new tab.
I’m not sure what you mean about changing caption, could you provide us with a screenshot highlighting the issue please?
