    Hi Sir,

    I created four categories pages four my Product menu. In order to solve the URL: xxxx/portfolio-items/item-a/, I changed the portfolio items bases into product. then it works, URL chagned to xxx/product/item-a/,

    But when I click the sub-menu(sub-categorie A,B,C,D) under the product main menu, it shown 404 error. Could you help me out?

    Hey Wang,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    Go to the Appearance > Menus panel, remove the sub menu items then click on the Screen Options. Enable the “Portfolio Categories” taxonomy. Add the items back.
