    Hi Kriesi team,

    I’m having a bit of an emergency here: The theme just udpated to 3.0 and now the website is not working anymore and also the admin view is not accessible (just a blank page on both). However, I can still access and see the data on the server.

    Would be really great if you could have a look into it. Will post details for you below.

    Hey!

    Please try changing the name of “plugins” folder in wp-content via FTP.
    Also Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

    Hey Yigit,

    Just changed the the name of “plugins” to “plugin”. Getting an error message now, but nothing’s changed apart from that.

    Hi!

    Try following the steps in this video to re-upload the 3.0 update: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    It looks like some of the files were not loaded in on your server.

    You can also change the plugins folder name back.
