Try to recreate the products in that category. Can you please provide a link to the products that are not working? I checked the products and most of them work except for the pearls category.

Hi Ismael,
I’ve noticed that the pearls category and a couple of other categories had been messed up (the parent category was blank). I fixed these categories. Once fixed, all of the products are accessible. I also noticed that pages I had created which used product grids for specific product categories, the selection was reset to none.
I think that my categories got messed up as a result of this breadcrumbs problem. So I did a bit of testing this morning to make sure other areas/pages work correctly.
I also noticed that by deactivating plugins, all of my widgets got erased, therefore I have to recreated them all. Is that normal when you deactivate plugins?
You’ve been very patient and helpful in finding a solution for this problem. I can’t thank you enough.
