Hi
When wholesale orders are placed the tax is not being added to these orders. Retail orders work just fine. I’ve been working with the developer of the Wholesale Suite plugins bundle to troubleshoot the issue on my staging area.
My first step was to deactivate the Enfold theme and right away the taxes were calculated correctly. I reactivated the Enfold theme and deactivated all of the plugins that I could deactivate while I troubleshooting further. The taxes still were not calculated With plugins deactivated, as soon as I switch to the default to the Twenty Seventeen theme, the tax gets calculated correctly.
Please help figure you what’s happening with the Enfold theme and wholesale taxes on my staging area so I can fix the production site as soon as possible.
I have included login credentials in the private area to expedite the troubleshooting.

I’m still receiving wholesale orders without tax being applied.

unfortunately we can’t do much, as we have no experience with this plugin. If the plugin’s author can’t help you, then we recommend to use a different plugin, like WooCommerce, which is fully compatible with Enfold.

When I activate the Enfold theme that’s when I get the issue.
I have been using the Wholesale Suite plugins with the Enfold theme on two of my websites without any issues until the last theme update. One website I used it for 2+ years now and this one for 1.5 years. I use WooCommerce along with this plugin and have been very happy with great support when I needed. These are premium plugins.
Please help troubleshoot where the Enfold theme may have a conflict.

Just upgraded my production site to WooCommerce 3.0, ran the DB updater, and saw that the tax was now being charged. I pushed it to my staging area and get the same results. I’m happy it displays the taxes for wholesale customers now and I’m not going to try to find why this works now.
Thank you for wanting to pursue this issue further. I really appreciate your efforts.

Yes this one resolved itself with upgrading to WooCommerce v3.0. I have other issues I’m dealing with in other tickets.
