    Please can you look at this urgently for me please?

    The tab sections on these pages are not working when viewing on firefox.

    And in explorer the whole main menu won’t show up.

    Please can you let me know if there’s anything we can do to fix this?

    It’s pretty urgent as the site is live and we’re close to sign off.

    Oh and apparently the menu isn’t working on iPhone either when using chrome. Grrrr!
    I wish everyone just used chrome and samsung! lol

    Hey guys, any help please? Sorry to bug, but I really need your input today. Thanks! :)
    Oh and the menu doesn’t work on Safari either. Not even the social media links. Why would this be happening?

    Hey guys, don’t worry, I worked out why the menu wasn’t working! It was the cookie law plugin I had set up on the website. I’ll look for a different one! lol

    BUT.. the way the tab sections render on Safari looks pretty bad, will this be sorted on the next update?

    Hi Krissie,

    Yes, our devs confirmed yesterday that a fix and improvement will be added to Tab Section element in upcoming Enfold update.

    I checked your pages on Safari 10.0.3 on macOS 10.12.3 however i could not reproduce the issue on my end. Which version are you using?

    Hey Yigit,

    My safari may be out of date then.I’ll see if I can update it.

    What concerns me more is the issue on Firefox.. the tab sections won’t open. Does the update include a fix for this or is this issue just with the website http://www.serviceintegrators.co.uk?

    If so, how do we fix it?

    Hey!

    It is a general fix, not only for your website.
    If you need an urgent fix, please post FTP logins and WP admin logins here privately so we can apply the temporary solution for now :)

    Hi, I am having this issue as well. The TAB sections is not working in Firefox or Chrome. I have made sure it is not a plugin issue.
    It is working in Safari.

    Is there any ETA on the fix?

    Great! That would be wonderful.
    When we update in the future I’m guessing your fix will just be overwritten?

    Please find our info for login in below for wordpress. I’ll have to ask the client for the ftp login.
