    In my settings, I cannot update the urls for the social profiles. The social platform name list covers the entire section.

    PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP!!

    Hey joerare!

    Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    and try de-activating all active plugins

    NOPE…that didn’t change anything.

    Hi!

    Please go to Enfold/framework/css and open avia_admin.css file and find following line

    #wpwrap #avia_options_page .avia_section.av_2columns select, #wpwrap #avia_options_page .avia_section.av_2columns input{
}

    and change it to

    #wpwrap #avia_options_page .avia_section.av_2columns select, #wpwrap #avia_options_page .avia_section.av_2columns input{
width: 100% !important; 
}

    Hey!

    Weird. Do you mind posting FTP credentials here privately so we can look into it? Please upload the latest version of enfold.zip file to your server as well and tell us where in case we need to re-update the theme.
    Have you made any changes on theme files? Also, do you mind if we de-activate all active plugins for testing purposes?

    Hey!

    We may need to re-update the theme, in that case if you have made any changes on theme files, they will be overwritten. That is why i asked beforehand in my previous post to avoid overwriting the changes. Other than that, we are not going to do anything that would mess up the site.

    I did not change anything to the main theme other than my pixels…so no big deal.

    Oh and whatever you figure out…can you please let me know, I have a client/friend who is also using the theme with the same issue, but she doesn’t know anything about it and doesn’t want to hire a developer to help her fix it. I will be helping her.
