Hello Kriesi,
We were supposed to go live with our site yesterday however encountered the following issue:
The site was transferred from one server to another. At first the Enfold theme settings showed all the default theme settings so I exported the theme settings file from our development site that has everything correct and imported these theme settings file. It appears that the site is not accepting the theme settings and is still showing most of the enfold default CSS (e.g., green font, no quick CSS, etc). Please help, the entire site’s CSS looks off which is a major showstopper. I am including the site’s url however you have to change your local hosts file since the url already exists for our old but currently ‘live’ site. Im sorry for this extra step in troubleshooting the site. I am also including access to the dashboard.
July 1, 2016 at 7:29 pm #655889UPDATE:
We went through the steps again and not the icons are not appearing correctly. I tried importing the theme settings file again as that fixed the icon issue yesterday however the icons are still not showing. I gont through several of your threads #216511 and #171770 but none seem to resolve this icon issue.
Please see previous message for accessing the site.Thank you!
July 1, 2016 at 10:45 pm #655924UPDATE2:
The only issue remaining at this moment is that the widgets are not displaying correctly. I am using the jetpack primarily for the visibility feature since we are using the sidebar navigation as widgets…long story short, I reactivated the jetpack widget but it is not displaying the widgets correctly.
I understand that this is a third party plug-in however perhaps you can see if it is related to a setting somewhere else since the plugin was functioning properly before. Please see original private message for accessing the site.Thank you again for all your support, you guys are great!
July 4, 2016 at 5:59 pm #656667Hi,
Thank you for the kind words and sorry for the delay. I tried to login to the backend to troubleshoot the issue but the default login URL fails. Please let us know precisely where have you added the widgets that are are not showing? Try to disable all other plugins except Jetpack and let us know if that helps.
Best regards,
VinayJuly 5, 2016 at 9:54 pm #657265That works however we are now live with the site and I cannot edit any pages, advanced editor just keeps spinning. I have searched several resolutions being updating the theme however I have the latest theme and have cleared my cache, etc. I tried deactivating all plugins as well as reactivating the enfold theme and WP.
PLEASE HELP since i need to edit several pages asap.
Thank you
July 5, 2016 at 10:02 pm #657266Hi!
Can you please check if mod_security to server is turned off?
There are many different issues that can be happening, so access ( at least to a staging ) would be really required
Cheers!
BasilisJuly 5, 2016 at 10:35 pm #657276ok, you should be able to log in to the site now.
July 6, 2016 at 5:56 am #657325Please let me know if you are able to access our site since we are live and still unable to edit any pages.
Thanks again for your help!
